After you send it

Four steps, and no surprises

    Send your date

    It asks for the date, the block and roughly how many people, and takes about a minute.

  2. 02

    Patricia checks it

    You hear back whether the date is free, with a quote for the room and for anything else you raised.

  3. 03

    $250 holds it

    The retainer goes with the contract. It is non-refundable and it comes off your total.

  4. 04

    Plan the room

    Bring your caterer, your cake and your theme. The tables and chairs are already here.

Fifteen minutes is all it takes

Walk the floor, see how far 97 chairs actually stretch, and work out where you would put the cake table. Ask for a time that suits you.
