Rates, blocks and the retainer
What it costs
Two hourly rates, a set of booking blocks, and one retainer that holds your date. Everything below is what you would be quoted, and a final quote comes back from Patricia with your specific date on it.

A date retainer per hall, and it comes off your total
It is due with the contract and it holds your date against anybody else asking for it. The retainer is not refundable, and every dollar of it is credited against what you owe on the day.
How the day is divided
The blocks you can book
Saturdays run to a fixed set of windows. Sunday through Friday is looser. Whichever you take, build your setup and your clean-up into it, because the block is the whole time you have the keys.

Questions that come up first
- How far in advance should I book?
- As early as you can, especially for a spring or summer weekend. Those go first.
- Can I bring my own food?
- Yes. Your own catering, drinks and cake, with no extra fee for it.
- What is included in the rental?
- Tables and chairs for up to 97 guests, the room itself, and the projector, sound system and kitchenette.
- Do you need a deposit?
- A $250 date retainer per hall holds the date. It is non-refundable and it comes off your total.
