You keep your domain and every account stays in your name. Nothing sits with me that you would have to ask for.
Six pages, each its own address
Home, The Space, Celebrations, Rates, Visit, and a contact and tour page. Each with its own title, its own description and its own web address, so every one can be found on its own.
The date planner
Pick a day and a block and the figure works itself out from your published rates. Sunday and full days say they are quoted rather than showing a guess.
One capacity, everywhere
97 in the copy, in the description tags, in the share card and in the listing data, from a single place in the code.
A share card on every page
Paste the link anywhere and the room turns up with it, instead of a plain gray rectangle.
Your photography, properly sized
Every picture already on your site and Instagram, cut and compressed so a phone on mobile data is not waiting for it.
Your booking form, kept
The HoneyBook form works and you already know it. The site hands over to it instead of replacing it.
Findable in search and by assistants
Proper headings, venue listing data with your capacity and amenities, and a sitemap, so a search engine and an AI assistant both read the same facts.
Written for a phone
Checked at 360 and 390 pixels wide, because that is how most people will meet it.

Hosting, the security certificate, backups and updates, plus the changes a venue actually needs through the year: a rate that moves, a new block on the booking calendar, this season's photographs from a party that looked wonderful, and an event listing taken down once the event itself has been and gone.
It also means the March special comes down in April, because somebody whose job it is is watching.

Genuinely an option, and I would rather you saw the whole picture before you decide.

What you would need to know
- Editing the site's code without breaking it
- Knowing that 97 sits in one file and comes out in four places, the sentence on the page, the line Google prints, the picture that travels with a shared link, and the listing data, so it can never drift apart again the way 80 and 97 did
- Keeping the two rate bands apart, $120 on a weekday against a two hour minimum and $150 on a Friday or Saturday against a four hour one, and remembering Sunday has neither
- Knowing Saturday sells four windows and the rest of the week sells two, so the date planner never offers a Saturday evening block on a Tuesday
- Keeping a full day and a Sunday refusing to show a figure, because publishing a guess there is worse than publishing nothing
About twenty dollars a month in accounts, and the rest is time and know-how. Whichever way you go, I will hand over every account and walk whoever takes it through all of it at no charge.

Copy finished, your photography sorted, the date planner wired to your real rates, and a link you can watch it on as it goes.

Launch day
It moves onto your domain, the old site comes down, and I check every page and every link before I tell you it is live.
